Who we are
Laurosoft Limited is the controller of any personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13535639, with our registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@laurosoft.com.
What this website collects
Nothing you do not send us. The site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and sets no cookies. If you switch the site between light and dark, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device; it is never sent to us.
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs: the IP address making a request, the browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site secure and available, under our legitimate interest in running it, and they are kept for a limited period before being deleted.
If you email us
When you write to us we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use that to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or, where you are asking about becoming a customer, the steps needed before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
Our products
XVAI has its own privacy policy, published on xvai.ai. It covers customers of that product, the people who call them, and call data. This notice does not.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases ask for it in a portable form. Email hello@laurosoft.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather hear from you first.
